Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Swift Quartz Watch and Jewelry Repair. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and inventory levels to inform buying decisions.
  • Assist in displaying merchandise to create visually appealing store displays.
  • Conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce platforms.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, including cleaning, polishing, and packaging items.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • The ability to train on the job and learn new skills quickly.
