Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SAMAYRA FOODS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that high-quality food is served to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Establish and maintain efficient systems for food preparation, portion control, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement budgets and cost estimates to ensure the financial sustainability of our food service operations.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek. Free parking is available on site.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
