Food Service Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food service operations.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates, making informed decisions to optimize food service operations.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
