Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saisethsons Realty Inc o/a Popeyes. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria, coffee shop, and fast food outlet.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our business.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
