Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SAMAYRA FOODS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage food service staff, including conducting performance evaluations and making recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 staff members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Free parking available.

- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
