Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

CITYPIZZA BELLEVILLE is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and promoting work-life balance.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality control.
