We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at COREPRO LANDSCAPING. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and authorizing payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
- Hire and train new staff members
- Authorize payments and manage finances
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- 3-4 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Accurate and reliable
- Client-focused and organized
