We are a fast-growing North American based contract manufacturer and assembler of medical devices and sub-components.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will use company resources to produce products to specification, on time, and complete to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products to specification, on time, and to the quantities determined by the planning group.
  • Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
  • Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions.
  • Experience in manufacturing and quality systems.
  • Previous production assembly experience.
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to problem-solve, work independently, and be self-motivated.
  • Independent, organized, with a high attention to detail.
  • Technical analysis and problem-solving ability.
  • Proven track record of working well with others in a team environment.
  • Adapts well to change and shifting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions
  • Indoor working environment.
  • Onsite 5 days a week (Mon-Fri).
  • Ability to lift/pull/push 40 lbs.
