Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a skilled PCB Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate assembly of electronic components using complex machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set-up, run, and troubleshoot Wave Solder machines with minimal downtime and supervision
  • Perform machine maintenance and ensure a safe working environment
  • Visually inspect boards after processing to ensure quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Machine operator experience and certification an asset
  • Ability to read work orders, follow production procedures, and understand verbal instructions
  • Knowledge of electronic components and assembly processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
