Job Summary:
At Linda Frayne Pharmaciens (Cote des Neiges) Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Filing, sorting, and distributing mail in a timely manner.
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages accurately and professionally.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Entering data according to specified formats, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email software.
  • Able to provide own transportation or access to public transportation to travel between locations as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • A high degree of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • An ability to sit for prolonged periods, with regular breaks to stretch and move around.

  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers.
