Red Barn Market is seeking a Deli Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the deli and sandwich bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the deli and sandwich bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the deli and sandwich bar
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to company standards
- Supervise employees in food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Great attitude and work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Flexible schedule
