Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Adviser to join our team at Toner Chevrolet Buick GMC ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our services and products.
  • Task Management: Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics to track customer interactions and service delivery.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in database software, internet, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Work Environment

As a Customer Service Adviser, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues to provide exceptional service. You will be required to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and perform repetitive tasks.
