Job Title: Artistic Floral Designer

Fleuriste Italia is seeking a skilled Artistic Floral Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets using a variety of flowers, foliage, and decorative materials.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of floral design principles, trends, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that all designs meet our high standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the floral industry.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in floral design or a related field.
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
