Job Title: Artistic Floral Designer

Fleuriste Italia is seeking a skilled and creative Artistic Floral Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs that exceed our customers' expectations.

Job Summary:
  • Design and create floral arrangements and displays for various events and occasions
  • Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer preferences and design requirements
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of floral design principles, trends, and techniques
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of designs
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Responsibilities:
  • Design and create bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral arrangements for special events and everyday sales
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of floral materials, including flowers, foliage, and decorative accessories
  • Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer preferences and design requirements
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers and production staff to ensure high-quality work and efficient workflow
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in floral design or a related field
  • Strong understanding of floral design principles, trends, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time
