Job Summary

Fleuriste Italia is seeking a skilled Artistic Floral Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets using a variety of flowers, foliage, and decorative materials.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of floral design principles, techniques, and trends.
  • Work closely with our sales team to understand customer preferences and create custom designs that meet their needs.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality work and consistent standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and techniques to continuously improve our designs and services.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in floral design or a related field.
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
