Job Title: Artistic Floral Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Artistic Floral Designer to join our team at Fleuriste Italia.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements and other decorative items for our clients. This is a permanent position, requiring a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create floral arrangements and other decorative items for clients
  • Organize and manage day-to-day business operations
  • Sell products on a retail basis
  • Supervise apprentices or other artisans
  • Ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a non-smoking, air-conditioned environment with a team of experienced artisans.
