Job Title: Artistic Floral Designer

Fleuriste Italia is seeking a skilled Artistic Floral Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and designs that exceed our customers' expectations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Artistic Floral Designer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of flowers, foliage, and materials to create unique and beautiful designs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create floral arrangements and designs for special events and everyday occasions
  • Work with a variety of flowers, foliage, and materials to create unique and beautiful designs
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of designs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in floral design or a related field
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
