Office Administrator Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator Coordinator to join our team at Massage Addict Oakville. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
About the Role:- Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year
- Work Schedule:35 hours per week
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. As an Office Administrator Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
- Delegating tasks to office support staff and overseeing their work;
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
- Performing data entry and resolving conflict situations;
- Maintaining accurate records and files;
- Monitoring and evaluating office performance and making recommendations for improvement;
- Overseeing payroll administration and planning and controlling budget and expenditures;

Requirements:- Degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- High level of organizational and time management skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
