Job Summary:

The Timekeeping and Accounts Payable Specialist will provide support to all Aerospace Branches, including CSH & HP, by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, processing payroll and accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with all HR and Corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and accounts payable transactions
  • Maintain employee records and files
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding time records and payroll
  • Perform electronic voucher matching and reconcile discrepancies
  • Liaise with Purchasing and Payroll departments as needed
  • Prepare reports and provide data analysis

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years accounting experience
  • Experience in a payroll function would be considered an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
