We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at East Tea Can. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, specialist chefs, and sous-chefs
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a high-performing team
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing food costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
