About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing SharePoint solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop SharePoint solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate (Flow)
  • Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, page lists, libraries, and document sets
  • Manage permissions at the site collection, subsite, list/library, and item/document levels
  • Provide technical guidance and support for SharePoint-related projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role with recent experience administrating and developing within SharePoint Online
  • Proficient experience in building Power Apps and Power Automate (Flow) solutions
  • Proven working success and in-depth experience in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, page lists, libraries, and document sets
  • Solid skill and experience with managing permissions at the site collection, subsite, list/library, and item/document levels
  • Working knowledge with all aspects of the Microsoft SharePoint architecture from both a technical and functional perspective
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and solid skills in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, prioritize projects, set, and meet deadlines
  • Post-secondary degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or equivalent
