Job Title: Senior SharePoint Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior SharePoint Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing SharePoint solutions to meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and document sets
  • Develop and maintain customized InfoPath forms
  • Build Power Apps and Power Automate (Flow) solutions
  • Manage permissions at the site collection, subsite, list/library, and item/document levels
  • Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role with recent experience administrating and developing within SharePoint Online
  • Proficient experience in building Power Apps and Power Automate (Flow) solutions
  • Proven working success and in-depth experience in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, page lists, libraries, and document sets
  • Solid skill and experience with managing permissions at the site collection, subsite, list/library, and item/document levels
  • Working knowledge with all aspects of the Microsoft SharePoint architecture from both a technical and functional perspective
