Job Summary

The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining solutions using the Microsoft SharePoint platform. This includes developing custom SharePoint applications, workflows, and enhancements to existing SharePoint environments, ensuring optimized performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Business Systems Analysts to develop detailed SharePoint solutions, estimates, and project plans aligned with business priorities.
  2. Design, code, and implement custom SharePoint applications, workflows, and enhancements to existing SharePoint environments, ensuring optimized performance and user experience.
  3. Develop integrations between SharePoint and internal/external systems, including third-party vendors, SaaS platforms, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  4. Implement identity access management to ensure secure access to SharePoint sites and Document Libraries for internal and external users.
  5. Implement and customize SharePoint-based solutions for Collaboration portals, Enterprise Content Management, Workflows, and Enterprise Search.
  6. Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality, identify potential issues, and suggest improvements.
  7. Integrate with third-party services, APIs, and tools into existing applications.
  8. Write clear and concise technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
  9. Identify and resolve application issues, bottlenecks, and performance problems in a timely manner.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years experience as a SharePoint Developer.
  2. Proven experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  3. Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, and Single-Sign-On configuration for internal and external users.
  4. In-depth knowledge of the.NET framework.
  5. Experience in Microsoft SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, schema design, and performance tuning.
  6. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
  7. Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.
  8. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes using tools such as JIRA or similar.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
