Job Description

The Executive Pastry Supervisor will be responsible for leading our pastry team in the creation of delicious desserts and pastries. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory
  • Train and supervise pastry staff in preparation, cooking, and presentation of desserts
  • Consult with clients regarding custom dessert options for special events
  • Develop and implement new dessert recipes and menus
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
