Job Title: Nurse Coordinator - Acute & Ambulatory Care

About the Job:
Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, BC. As a key member of our acute and ambulatory care department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care activities in a defined area of clinical expertise
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to designated staff
  • Facilitate efficient patient flow and access within and between units/programs/clinics
  • Ensure a high standard of patient care by acting as a clinical resource for staff

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Completion of post-basic specialty nursing certificate/program if applicable
  • Three (3) years' recent, related experience in the designated clinical area including one (1) year's related administrative/supervisory experience

Working Conditions:
This is a temporary full-time position with a salary range of $49.20-$63.47 per hour. You will work 37.5 hours per week with rotating days off. A valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for local area travel may be required.
