Administrative Leadership Position in Healthcare

Vitality Integrative Health is seeking an experienced office manager to oversee the administrative operations of our health care institution. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of 5-10 people and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear work priorities
- Carry out administrative activities, including budgeting, inventory management, and data analysis
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining financial controls
- Train staff on new procedures and technologies
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including reception, telephone, and appointment scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in office management or a related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience. Vitality Integrative Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
