We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at HEALTHCARE PHARMACY. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to streamline tasks and improve productivity
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings and events
  • Manage contracts to ensure compliance and adherence to company policies
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to provide excellent customer service
  • Answer electronic enquiries to provide timely and accurate responses
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas to provide a positive first impression
  • Perform data entry to maintain accurate records and support business operations
  • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to support business operations and decision-making
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel to analyze and present data
  • Skilled in MS Outlook to manage email and calendar
  • Proficient in MS Windows to navigate and utilize office software
  • Skilled in MS Word to create and edit documents
  • Proficient in MS Office to support business operations and decision-making
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work

We offer a permanent position with 35 hours per week and English as the primary work language.
