About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at 2104314 Ontario Ltd. as an Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Training and Development: Provide awareness training to employees on diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, as well as cultural competency training to create a welcoming work environment for all employees.
  • Support Services: Provide support services to employees, including diversity and cross-cultural training, to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
