Job Summary

Earliest Immigration and Citizenship Services Inc is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office staff, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 office support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
  • Administrative Tasks: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
