About the Role

Astellas Pharma Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer, Enterprise Platforms to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation initiative, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of our enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
  • Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems to enhance data flow and business processes.
  • Monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected value.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO development and integration, with a strong focus on enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, its capabilities, services, and architecture, including Cloud Foundry, API Management, and Integration Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP CPI Design Best practices, Error Handling Mechanism, SAP-PI/PO Architecture, and proficiency in programming languages such as Groovy, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with PI/PO Migration to SAP CPI/BTP-IS and SAP Certification in CPI/BTP integration suite are a plus.
