About the Role

Astellas Pharma Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer, Enterprise Platforms to join our team. As a key member of our digital capability team, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital initiatives forward.

Our agile operating model consists of two components – Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution focuses on aligning multiple missions around business goals and facilitating collaboration on a larger scale. Digital Capability, on the other hand, focuses on the growth and development of individuals within a specific expertise area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
  • Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems to enhance data flow and business processes.
  • Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or data science.
  • Demonstrated experience in specific areas of digital capability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
