Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Wealth Management team at National Bank. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our investment advisors in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for investment advisors to grow their business and deliver value to clients.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including investment advisors, clients, and internal teams, to ensure seamless execution of transactions and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the investment advisor team to develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
