  • Provide timely and accurate support to Private Bankers by managing a variety of credit and non-credit activities.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management.
  • Participate in audits and compliance assessments as required.
  • Identify and escalate any discrepancies or irregularities to management.
  • Handle diverse tasks within established guidelines, including managing escalations from team members.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of issues to determine appropriate next steps.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 2 to 3 years of relevant experience along with a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
  • Must fulfill licensing and certification requirements pertinent to the role.
  • Working knowledge of personal and commercial credit products and operational processes.
  • Basic understanding of lending procedures and related policies.
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and registration processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and collaborative skills.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.

This role is integral to providing exceptional service to our clients and team members, particularly within the Quebec region.
