Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling and confirming meetings with Investment Advisors and Wholesalers
  • Coordinate events, including seminars and webcasts, to promote our products and services
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide support with product and system information
  • Partner with compliance to obtain approvals for client seminars and donations
  • Process donations and sponsorship programs
  • Ensure data integrity in our CRM system
  • Support the onboarding and training of new advisors
  • Handle special projects and assignments as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a coordinator or sales support position
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course or IFIC Operations course would be an asset
  • An interest in capital markets and a strong understanding of financial services
  • Strong computer skills, including the MS Office suite of applications
  • Salesforce experience is an asset
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve issues
  • Team player with a passion for responsible investing
  • Fluent communication skills in English are required, and bilingual skills in French are an asset
