Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Ensure effective communication between clients, investment advisors, and various collaborators to provide seamless service.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service in person, on the phone, and via email to meet client needs.
  • Account Analysis: Analyze client accounts to prepare for activities that support investment advisors in their business development.
  • Transaction Execution: Diligently carry out transactions related to investment accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • File Management: Open and update client files to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Agenda Coordination: Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare clients for meetings.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules to maintain a secure and regulatory-compliant environment.

Requirements
