Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to financial advisors in delivering investment solutions.
  • Process financial transactions, including buying and selling securities, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage client portfolios, including opening and maintaining client files, and producing regular portfolio reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of client meetings and events, and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
