Job Overview:

As a Project Director at Soogadin Services LP, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects across various functional areas and customer sites. Your primary goal is to ensure that company objectives are achieved within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple/large projects, effectively meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest level of safety performance/standards.
  • Participate in formulating and administering company policies, developing short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
  • Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecasts data to determine department or division progress toward company goals and objectives.
  • Consult with senior management and other line and administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives.
  • Monitor field compliance with company procedures and financial targets.
  • Develop and implement work processes to promote effectiveness and consistency of results.
  • Present information and help train current operations, administrative management team, and personnel on company-related procedures.
  • DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW BUSINESS WITHIN THE OPERATIONS GROUP.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • College degree (preferred) or at least 10 years direct field industry experience.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Craft knowledge in scaffolding, insulation, fireproofing, and painting (preferred) or equivalent plant operations/maintenance experience.
  • History of providing leadership and vision in major projects or initiatives.
  • Ability to interface effectively with various levels of management, customers, and parts of operations.
  • Excels at operating in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
  • Possesses a positive attitude towards safety.
  • Frequent travel will be required to job sites.
