We are seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Abatement Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities related to asbestos abatement projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Review awarded abatement projects and schedule requirements
  • Assist project coordinator with development of project plans and schedules
  • Identify necessary manpower, equipment, and tools to meet project objectives and schedules
  • Direct on-site activities performed by company employees to meet project objectives within the required schedule and budget
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Valid Michigan driver's license
  • Current Michigan Lead/Cadmium Awareness Training Certification
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and physical
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work at locations throughout Michigan and the northern portions of Indiana and Ohio
  • Ability to supervise, manage, and direct the activities of one or more crews of laborers
