Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at SHREE GANESH PHARMACY LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data assembly and report preparation.
  • Coordinate office services, such as accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with public transportation available.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication.

Work Hours:

35 hours per week.
