About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Line Supervisor to join our team at PPG Canada. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance: Perform all duties according to SOPs, GMPs, and other established safety standards and company policies.
  • Productivity and Operational Excellence: Dismantle, clean, sanitize, and assemble processing equipment according to established SOPs to ensure hygiene compliance.
  • Teamwork: Actively seek and accept positive and constructive feedback from colleagues and work effectively with team members in support of team and department goals.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 diploma or relevant experience.
  • Industrial experience and mechanical abilities.
  • Good knowledge of measuring tools and plastic extrusion is an asset.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage through difficult situations.
