We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will oversee cleaning operations, ensuring that all facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Train and develop new cleaning staff, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain our facilities.
  • Resolve any client concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
