Facilities Supervisor

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities.
- Inspect areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance.
- Order cleaning supplies and manage inventory.
- Resolve any client concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services.
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
