Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Supervisor to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of our property. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, electrical work, and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting facilities to identify areas for improvement
  • Conducting regular checks on electrical units to ensure they are functioning correctly
  • Hiring and supervising maintenance professionals to complete tasks efficiently
  • Ordering parts and equipment as needed
  • Recording daily maintenance activities to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Delegating work responsibilities to team members to optimize productivity
  • Hiring and training new staff to ensure continuity and excellence in maintenance operations
  • Communicating with service providers and contractors to arrange repairs and maintenance
  • Preparing schedules for maintenance work to minimize disruptions
  • Performing essential and emergency repairs to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance
  • Proficient in using electrical tools and understanding computer applications
  • Able to troubleshoot issues and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with blueprints and estimating needs for maintenance projects
  • Adaptable and self-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Experience in project management and prioritization
