Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Standing for extended periods and walking are required.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a noisy and odorous environment, with frequent exposure to food and cleaning products.
