Food Service Manager

Miki's Sushi is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Miki's Sushi is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and maintain a high level of energy and focus throughout your shift.
