Food Service Manager

At RK Pizza Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making a profit.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports, providing management with regular updates on our operations and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: On-site customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Hours:35 to 40 hours per week.
