We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist.

As an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates, navigating multiple databases and sources, and utilizing your creativity to craft compelling messages that showcase our clients' opportunities.

Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality candidate pipelines, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize various databases, directories, associations, and industry sources to locate and connect with suitable engineering and technical candidates.
  2. Develop creative strategies to build pipelines of qualified candidates for our recruiters to contact directly.
  3. Evaluate and manage multiple search projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
  4. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, communication, and progress throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition efforts and effective communication with clients.
Requirements:
  1. Degree or diploma in computer sciences, research, journalism, database management, analysis, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in talent sourcing, research, and recruitment, preferably in the engineering and technical sectors.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
  4. Able to multitask, navigate multiple databases, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  5. Familiarity with Windows 10, keyboarding, internet search knowledge, database navigation, and data entry software.
