Role Overview
As a key player in our Commercial Banking sector, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through tailored solutions and proactive support. Your expertise will ensure seamless transactions, accurate analyses, and effective communication with various partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Open commercial files, assist clients with various transactions, and perform checks to ensure accuracy.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, devising solutions tailored to their needs, and fostering a deep understanding of their business requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
Requirements
- Education: Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel, and knowledge of banking services and products for businesses.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French.
