Job Summary

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client experiences and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and answer questions in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve situations that may be complex with empathy and professionalism.
  • Give advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement by actively listening and responding to their needs.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules to maintain a secure and trustworthy environment.

Prerequisites
  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent to demonstrate your academic achievements.
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity to provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Positive attitude and empathy for clients to build trust and rapport.
  • Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations to remain flexible and responsive.
