Job Summary

As a Banking Advisor at NBC, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and support to our customers. This dynamic role requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and answer questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  • Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve complex situations with empathy and expertise.
  • Provide advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, building lasting relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through regular follow-ups and feedback.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs, promoting a collaborative approach.
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules, upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Requirements
  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
  • Positive attitude and empathy for clients.
